I’m in the mood for something fun today, so I’m going to give away two copies of my book Spiritually Centered Motherhood. To enter, simply leave a comment at the end of this entry. I won’t be answering any of these comments because it will throw off the contest. Say whatever you want to say except remember what your mother taught you about saying nice things! Please enter only once. The contest will last until Friday, October 16th, and then I will draw a winner from among the comments. Winners will be announced Saturday. Please invite everyone you know that might be interested to enter, and post the giveaway on your own blogs.
And be sure to stop by next week when I’ll give away two copies of Man, Woman and Deity, which is a book about marriage. And then the week after that I’ll give away two copies of my new book Gospel Insights for Everyday Living. Who knows what I’ll think of after that? This is fun!
I'm not a mom yet, but I'm hoping to be in the next few years. This book would be wonderful preparation.
ReplyDeleteI would love a copy of your book. Heaven knows I need to be more spiritual with my motherhood!
ReplyDeleteI also would love a copy of that book. By the way, I'm in your daughter Laresa's ward, Nate did a great job on his talk yesterday! You must be so proud!
ReplyDeleteI would very much like to have your book. I always enjoy listening to you speak. Thank you for always being here for all the sisters in the Stake. Sue Chase

Hi Sherrie! Thank you for writing your blog and wonderful books! You are an amazing woman and a great example to me. Tracy
ReplyDeleteOh yay! I'd love a copy!
ReplyDeleteHow like you to do something special like this. If God blessed me with this old mother's wish it would be to bless the lives of my daughter's and give them the tools to glean from in being the best Mother's they can be. This would be a gift of love from your hands to mine and from my hands to my daughter's. Thanks Sherrie.
ReplyDeleteI have a copy of Man, Woman and Deity, and would LOVE a copy of Spiritually Centered Motherhood, especially since I just recently became a mother for the first time! :)
ReplyDeleteI miss being in your classes and would LOVE a copy of your book!
ReplyDeleteHi Sherrie! This sounds like fun! Glad to hear you are doing well.
ReplyDeleteI especially liked your comments about why God allows bad things to happen. Very inciteful. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteIs this the first time I've left a comment? If so, I'm sorry. I've been sneak-reading your blog through goodreads. Your Man Woman and Deity absolutely helped me to focus and change my life to be what I wanted it to be... part of the reason I feel no marriage could be happier than mine. You are an amazing woman, teacher, and writer! I miss your classes, and I'd love a "new" book of yours!
ReplyDeleteSherrie, I would love to win your book! Sounds like something I could really use!
ReplyDeleteYou know I love your blog so much! This book would be so fun to read. I really hope I win :)
ReplyDeleteI would love a copy of ANYTHING you've written. I just need to look harder for it! But I'd also love to win it...
ReplyDeleteI agree with Emily - and will enter every week until I win! If that doesn't work, I'll request it for Christmas :) Congrats on another grandson headed for the MTC, too!
